Once both parties sign documents, funds will be transferred and the process of migrating clients will begin.


How long does it take?

It depends on the size of your business, but 2-4 weeks is an average turnaround. Very small companies can be completed in as little as a week and larger ones can take months.

How much do you pay?

It depends heavily on the size of the company and the services offered, but a rule of thumb is 2-3x annual profit or ~1x annual gross revenue.

Do you pay cash or finance?

We do both. For smaller companies, we can usually pay cash. For larger companies, we will either secure financing elsewhere or offer the seller a financing arrangement with a down payment.

How much help will you need migrating?

We can handle migrations easily. However since every company is different, we do ask that the owner be available to consult with us if necessary. This time can be compensated.

Will you buy my physical infrastructure?

Sometimes. For smaller companies we will usually prefer to migrate to our own infrastructure. For larger ones, we will consider any infrastructure assets or leases to be part of the sale.
